Overview. During my one year tenure at the IBM Payments Center, I worked at the intersection of strategy and technology. I worked on and led initiatives across sales enablement, asset commercialization, and global partnerships, while driving GenAI transformation for internal teams and external stakeholders. My role combined market research, business analysis, and project management to modernize payment solutions and accelerate partner adoption.
Econometric Forecasting & Market Strategy: Analyzed global cheque payment systems and used FED data to build regression models forecasting cheque usage trends through 2027 to inform GTM strategy and modernization initiatives.
GenAI Transformation & Product Innovation: Designed and deployed a GenAI assistant to automate Statements of Work (SoWs) drafting, and conduct risk assessments from sales proposals, reducing manual drafting time by 60%.
Project Coordination: Led cross-functional coordination for the WatsonX challenge, managing solution design and participant tracking for 30+ submissions; recognized at Town Hall for building a centralized repository of high-impact AI use cases.
Asset Commercialization: Developed AWS and SWIFT microsites, sales enablement decks, and client decks to enable improved visibility, project tracking, and clear communication with stakeholders.
Partnership Enablement: Developed sales playbooks and visual infographics for global partners (AWS, NetXD, Wipro); facilitating partner messaging alignment that accelerated enterprise client engagement at Payments Canada summit.
Leadership & Community Building: Founded the Women in GenAI community, running the first workshop with 150+ participants to drive AI adoption and engagement within IBM.
